Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute custom applications of granular fertilizers, crop protection agents, and other treatment solutions based on client directives.
- Operate bulk application vehicles to ensure thorough coverage of products on client fields.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and supervisors to optimize scheduling and provide updates regarding equipment and supplies.
- Travel to client locations in a professional manner, upholding the company's positive image.
- Engage in training and certification programs to improve job performance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in fertilizer application and familiarity with agricultural settings is preferred.
- Proficient in the safe and effective operation of equipment and vehicles.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Work Environment:
This position primarily involves outdoor activities and may expose you to various hazards such as moving machinery, elevated noise levels, dust, and chemicals. Extended hours may be necessary during peak seasons.
