Role Overview: The HR Assistant is responsible for performing administrative tasks and supporting daily HR activities. This role involves updating internal databases, screening resumes, managing job ads, and assisting in the implementation of company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Screen resumes and application forms to identify prospective employees.
    • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
    • Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
    • Coordinate the recruitment process and maintain job application trackers.
  1. Employee Relations:
    • Supports company initiatives: Employee engagement, wellness events, community events.
    • Review and distribute company policies.
  1. Administrative Support:
    • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
    • Provide clerical support by composing and typing letters, creating PowerPoint presentations, and drafting reports.
    • Maintain calendar activities and meetings for assigned staff and process mail correspondences.
    • Document digitization.
    • Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
    • Maintain and archive employee files and records.
    • Other job duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WorkDay, ATS, and resume databases a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills.
