Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:

    • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
    • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, including employment contracts, job descriptions, and company policies.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, HR events, and training sessions.
    • Handle correspondence and communication with employees, applicants, and external parties.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company website.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and answer employee questions about benefits.
    • Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
