HVAC Service Sales Representative

Role Overview:
Our team is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Sales Representative to join our San Diego-based operation. This role focuses on driving sales and providing estimates for our HVAC services and products, alongside managing customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and nurturing sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with various departments to deliver timely service. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position embodies our commitment to excellence, safety, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process.
- Prepare and present quotes and contracts, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Liaise with technical and service departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to adhere to deadlines and sales targets.
- Uphold the company's standards and policies, with a strong emphasis on safety, customer service, teamwork, and integrity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong preference for candidates with HVAC industry background.
- At least five years of experience in commercial HVAC service sales, showcasing a track record of client acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Residency in San Diego, CA, or willingness to relocate, with a proven stable work history.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to following through on promises and agreements.
