Job Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and Repair various types of HVAC systems and associated equipment.
  • Make suggestions for maintenance services and convey potential risks to the customer.
  • Provide solutions for electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
  • Strive for excellence by delivering top-tier service, following best practices, and exceeding customer expectations. 
  • Nurture customer relationships through actively listening to customers and anticipating needs.
  • Leverage your sales instincts to upsell services and identify opportunities where it would be helpful to collaborate with sales.

Qualifications:

  • Two (2)+ years working as a residential HVAC technician.
  • Current valid Driver's License.
  • Genuine desire to provide a great overall experience for customers.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Your superpower entails spotting sales opportunities and converting them into sales.
