Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Sales Representative to join our San Jose, CA team. The ideal candidate will have a solid commercial HVAC installation, service, sales, and estimating background, with a proven track record of stable employment in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales leads and opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate HVAC solutions through detailed estimates and proposals.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information for accurate pricing and scope of work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitive market conditions to provide the best solutions to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas through proactive sales activities and exceptional customer service.
  • Prepared and presented sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
  • Proven track record of stable employment history in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Local candidates are preferred.
