Wage: $/hour
Maximum Range is provided as an example of the Wage/salary range for each position and its earning capacity given factors such as time in position, longevity with the company, education level, and performance experience. Newly entering employees should expect to enter at the minimum level.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides front-desk coverage and administrative support for the Human Resources department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
•Answers the phone, transfers calls to appropriate staff, and takes messages.
•Greets visitors when entering the office, checks visitors in and out, and directs to appropriate staff.
•Provides administrative support including making copies, scanning, and preparing packets.
•Checks in new hires for orientation and notifies staff of attendees.
•Collects, sorts, and distributes incoming mail/packages and prepares outgoing mail.
•Provides information to the publish about the organization, location and hours of operation for the organization, and services provided.
• Required Skills/Abilities:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to speak/read/write proficient English. Bilingual preferred.
•Knowledge of or the ability to learn Microsoft Office/Office 365.
•Ability to use a multi-line phone system.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
•Works well under pressure and with deadlines; ability to multitask.
•Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
•Honesty, integrity, reliability, punctuality.
•Thorough knowledge about company's mission and services.
•Uphold compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Required Experience:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and or abilities required for the position. Individuals must be able to pass a criminal background. Individuals must have a valid driver's license, liability insurance, insurability under the agency insurance carrier, dependable vehicle and a clean driving record.
