Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Branch Administrator to support our teams in the field. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to all branch employees, manage customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general office support to all branch employees, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage customer inquiries, respond to requests for service, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records, including account notes, credit card changes, and refunds.
  • Process incoming checks and pouch to Corporate Accounting department.
  • Run delinquent accounts report, provide to field employees, and follow up as needed.
  • Record and maintain invoices, bills, and receipts for the Branch Manager to code and process.
  • Run and review PestPac Check Daily and Check Monthly reports; run additional reports upon request.
  • Maintain required workplace postings.
  • Assist Human Resources (HR) to ensure validations are completed prior to payroll processing, including new hire time sheets and gifts and awards.
  • Assist HR in new hire processing; complete all new hire paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Forward completed termination paperwork to HR.
  • Completion of a variety of forms required by the Corporate office or any other agency.
  • Maintain an updated list of company phone numbers.
  • Order general office supplies and schedule service of office equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform general maintenance tasks as needed.
