Responsibilities:
  • Installation Coordination:
    • Schedule installations and service calls.
    • Coordinate with superintendents, clients, employees, and vendors.
    • Apply for sign permits.
    • Confirm work is complete, and permits are signed off.
    • Maintain accurate records.
  • Receptionist Duties:
    • Answer phones, greet customers, process payments & track Will Call items and notify customers when jobs are ready for pickup.
  • General Administration:
    • Provide support to the accounting department with some light QuickBooks bookkeeping tasks.
    • Assist the sales department with writing up simple invoices and processing payments for Will Call items.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized individual
  • Excellent interpersonal management skills; respectful yet assertive communication
  • Ability to multitask effectively while managing numerous concurrent installation projects
  • Previous trade coordination experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Bilingual Spanish & English is a plus.
