Signs of Success is a busy Architectural & Commercial sign company looking for a Business Administrator.

Responsibilities:
Install Coordinator:
  • Schedule installations and service calls.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, clients, employees, and vendors.
  • Applying for sign permits.
  • Confirm work is complete, and permits are signed off.
  • Keep a record.

Receptionist: 
  • Answer phones, greet customers, take payments & track Will Call items and call customers when jobs are ready to pick up.

General Administration: 
  • Assist accounting department with some light Quickbooks bookkeeping tasks. 
  • Assist sales department with writing up simple invoices and taking payments for will-call items.

Applicant Requirements:
  • Well organized
  • Good interpersonal management skills; respectful yet assertive communication
  • Multitasking to keep an eye on many concurrent jobs coming up for installation.
  • Previous trade coordination experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Bilingual Spanish & English a plus.
