Are you passionate about empowering the next generation and making a meaningful impact in your community? Grow Your World, along with our programs Tutoring After 6pm, INKounter, and our Summer and Afterschool Programming, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and help us expand our reach.

About Us

Grow Your World: We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating transformative experiences for youth through mentorship, education, and the arts. Our programs include:

Tutoring After 6pm: A near-peer mentor-tutoring program that connects 2nd-12th grade students with local college students for one hour of one-on-one social-emotional and academic support.

INKounter: A unique diversion program that uses tailored arts-based mentorship and community service opportunities to support youth who are justice involved, justice impacted, or at risk of disconnection.

Summer and After School Programming: Extended learning opportunities that focus on quality, hands-on engagement, using a small ratio model (maximum of 4 youth to 1 staff member) to ensure meaningful relationship building.

Over the last 5 years, we have impacted thousands of people through our work, including schools, organizations, colleges, students, families, elected officials, judges, professors, lawyers, and more. We have a wealth of resources at your disposal, including data, videos, photos, and testimonials from our amazing staff and students who are eager to share their experiences.

Our Co-Founders/Co-Executive Directors are public speakers and artists, fully prepared to work alongside you to drive our expansion and fundraising efforts. We truly believe that if more people, organizations, and communities knew about our work, they would be excited to take part in it.

Who Were Looking For

We are seeking team members who:

Have a strong background in financial management, fundraising, or business development.

Have existing connections in the Triangle and beyond.

Are excited about creating and implementing strategies to support organizational growth.

Share our commitment to youth development and community empowerment.

Are ready to work collaboratively with a passionate team.
