Are you driven by a desire to empower youth and foster significant change within communities? Grow Your World, along with our impactful initiatives such as Tutoring After 6pm, INKounter, and our Summer and Afterschool Programming, is on the lookout for committed professionals to enhance our outreach and effectiveness.

About Our Organization

Grow Your World: We are a nonprofit organization focused on delivering transformative experiences for young individuals through mentorship, education, and artistic engagement. Our key programs include:

Tutoring After 6pm: A near-peer mentoring initiative that pairs 2nd-12th grade students with local college mentors for personalized social-emotional and academic support.

INKounter: An innovative diversion program that employs customized arts-based mentorship and community service to assist youth who are involved with or affected by the justice system.

Summer and After School Programming: Enrichment opportunities designed for hands-on engagement, utilizing a small staff-to-youth ratio (maximum of 4 youth to 1 staff member) to promote meaningful connections.
