About Our Organization
Grow Your World: We are a nonprofit entity committed to delivering transformative experiences for young individuals through mentorship, education, and artistic expression. Our key programs include:
Tutoring After 6pm: A near-peer mentoring initiative that pairs students from 2nd to 12th grade with local college mentors for personalized social-emotional and academic assistance.
INKounter: An innovative diversion program that leverages arts-based mentorship and community service to assist youth who are involved with or affected by the justice system.
Summer and After School Programming: Enrichment opportunities that emphasize quality engagement, utilizing a small staff-to-youth ratio (maximum of 4 youth per staff member) to foster meaningful relationships.
