Grow Your World, alongside our initiatives such as Tutoring After 6pm, INKounter, and our Summer and Afterschool Programming, is on the lookout for passionate professionals to enhance our outreach and impact.
About Our Organization
Grow Your World: We are a nonprofit entity committed to delivering transformative experiences for young individuals through mentorship, education, and artistic engagement. Our core programs include:
Tutoring After 6pm: A peer mentoring initiative that pairs students from 2nd to 12th grade with local college mentors for personalized social-emotional and academic assistance.
INKounter: An innovative diversion initiative utilizing customized arts-based mentorship and community service to support youth who are involved with or affected by the justice system.
Summer and After School Programming: Enriching learning experiences emphasizing quality engagement, utilizing a small group model (maximum of 4 youth per staff member) to foster meaningful relationships.

Our Co-Founders/Co-Executive Directors are experienced public speakers and artists, ready to partner with you in advancing our fundraising and expansion strategies. We genuinely believe that greater awareness of our mission will inspire more people and organizations to engage with our work.
