About Our Organization

Grow Your World: We are a nonprofit entity focused on delivering transformative experiences for youth through mentorship, education, and the arts. Our key programs include:

Tutoring After 6pm: A near-peer mentoring initiative that pairs 2nd-12th grade students with local college students for personalized social-emotional and academic support.

INKounter: An innovative diversion program that employs customized arts-based mentorship and community service opportunities to assist youth who are involved with or affected by the justice system, or at risk of disengagement.

Summer and After School Programming: Extended learning opportunities emphasizing quality, hands-on engagement, utilizing a small staff-to-youth ratio (maximum of 4 youth to 1 staff member) to foster meaningful relationships.
