This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in staffing services sales, a strong track record of MSA acquisitions, and a knack for developing recruiters into successful sales contributors.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients, industries, and markets in the Irvine, California area for staffing services.
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aimed at acquiring new MSA agreements.
Create and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations to understand their staffing needs.

Sales Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, transitioning them into high-performing sales roles.
Set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, actively monitoring their progress.
Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven sales culture among your team.

MSA Acquisition:
Utilize your extensive experience to secure new Managed Service Agreements (MSAs) with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the staffing industry.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and establish long-term partnerships that benefit both the client and the company.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and anticipate clients' staffing needs, offering tailored solutions and services.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.
Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing services sales, with a strong track record of acquiring Managed Service Agreements (MSAs).
Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities, specifically in transitioning recruiters into successful sales roles.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A self-motivated, results-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
