Our client is a privately held and very well respected multi-family owner, developer, builder and operator based out of Texas who is entrepreneurially driven. This "Class A" organization is very well established, having been in business over 30 years.
POSITION PROFILE:
The Regional Property Manager will have solid multifamily property management experience and have a proven track record of managing owned portfolio(s) of at least 1000+ units across a region. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance, team and all aspects of property operations for a portfolio of ownedclass A(+) apartment communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Experience managing a portfolio of multifamily properties.
Responsible for property operations including but not limited to leasing, budgets, vendor management, maintenance & engineering, financials, operations for the portfolio.
Manages a team of Property Managers ensuring that all aspects of the property are performing at the optimal.
Provides supervision of the overall operations of each community in his/her portfolio with a clear understanding of the objectives and the community's economic and physical requirements.
Typically manage 3 to 5 communities depending on experience levels and the nature of each community.
Makes decisions in order to achieve the overall objectives of the communities in his/her region.
Monitors operating results for various properties and develops and implements plans to improve asset values.
Manages financial decisions of Property Manager(s) and works with Market Research to ensure accuracy of data.
Compiles and analyzes property, operational, and financial data.
Performs site visits and market tours.
