  • Evaluate and implement improvements in service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Work with Community Managers and Maintenance Supervisors to ensure compliance with purchasing protocols and resolve budgetary concerns.
  • Review and approve petty cash expenditures and maintain reconciliations.
  • Assess maintenance operations with a focus on cost reduction strategies.
  • Oversee contracted work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
