We are seeking a highly skilled leasing professional with exceptional customer service abilities and a dynamic personality. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and be adept in both verbal and written communication. This role demands effective communication and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, management, tenants, prospective tenants, and support staff including maintenance and janitorial teams. Organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications are essential. Weekend work may be required. Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Outreach: Develop and manage digital, video, and print marketing materials for the marketing team.
  • Lead Generation: Acquire leads through cold calls and tenant referrals.
  • Leasing and Administration:
    • Collect accurate information from prospective tenants using guest cards.
    • Showcase available suites and highlight amenities.
    • Process and submit leasing applications accurately.
    • Handle all leasing documentation, including licenses, insurance, EFT drafts, lease contracts, and any addenda or notices.
    • Prepare and submit periodic reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Tenant Relations and Customer Service:
    • Coordinate tenant functions with owners and designated individuals.
    • Address and communicate tenant concerns to property owners.
    • Maintain up-to-date communication logs.
    • Respond to guest inquiries about the facility and tenants.
  • Facility Management:
    • Conduct daily, weekly, and quarterly inspections, and report findings to owners and property management.
    • Report maintenance issues to the maintenance team following established procedures.
  • Team Supervision:
    • Oversee hiring, performance supervision, and payroll accuracy for weekend and janitorial staff.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to follow instructions, enforce policies, and act as a gatekeeper.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and supervisory skills.
  • Proven success in management, property management, or real estate.
  • Capable of prolonged standing and walking; business casual attire required.
