We are seeking an HR Generalist to join their team.
The candidate must have excellent English communication skills and organisational skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

-At least 3 years of HR experience in an IT company;
- Excellent verbal and written English skills;
- Good knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira) is a must;
- Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline processes, manage employee data, and generate reports for management;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively address employee concerns, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and foster a positive work environment;
- Ability to design effective onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees and an appropriate exit process for departing employees;
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and the ability to manage ambiguity and change.

Key Responsibilities:


-Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals;
-Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, development, and job assessments;
-Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans, to support individual and organizational growth;
- Develop and maintain HR policies;
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture;
- Generate HR metrics and reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making, measuring the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives;
- Ensure HR practices adhere to legal and ethical standards, promoting integrity, fairness, and diversity in all HR processes.
