Client Overview:
This role will be at a respected mental health care company that supports teams and families with their health care. They are looking to add an AR / Billing Specialist to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$23/hr - $26/hr
Position Overview:
The AR/Billing Specialist will maintain customer records and collaborate with implementation teams to identify proper billing contact information when new customers onboard. The ideal candidate for the AR/Billing Specialist role should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask when it comes to managing several high-priority projects simultaneously, and time management skills.
Responsibilities of the AR / Billing Specialist:
- Prepare customer invoices and own collection processes for open customer accounts.
- Assist with cash posting for and payment application to open customer balances.
- Maintain aged receivables balances, supporting the resolution of open items.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- 1 - 3 years of accounting experience.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytics.
- Experience working with NetSuite.
- Cash posting and collections experience.
- None required for this role.
- Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).
