Key Responsibilities:
· Liaise with sales personnel and clients to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
· Input sales orders derived from case sheets and purchase orders provided by sales representatives and international partners.
· Coordinate with shipping and compliance teams to meet specific client requirements.
· Engage with clients regarding order placements, modifications, backorder updates, and more.
· Generate precise invoices, packing lists, and proforma/commercial invoices.
· Collaborate with other departments to maintain customer account information.
· Identify, investigate, and rectify billing inconsistencies.
· Follow up with clients on payment statuses and assist in collection efforts when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Effective organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Quick to learn new software and systems.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
Requirements:
· An associate's degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
· Demonstrated experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial services.
· Proficient in financial software and MS Excel for data analysis.
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and clients.
· Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
