Responsibilities
- Customer Implementation (Integration) Support
- Task Management and Updates: Manage and update tasks using Gmail and Airtable.
- End of Week (EOW) Summary Drafts: Prepare draft summaries for review ahead of sending using Gmail, Google Docs, and Airtable.
- Implementation Meeting Summaries: Document meeting summaries and manage information using Gmail and Otter.ai.
- Customer On-Site Management: Coordinate and manage customer visits.
- Travel Coordination: Schedule and book flights, hotels, and cars.
- Meeting Scheduling and Agendas: Organize meetings and prepare agendas using Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, and Airtable.
- Lunch and Dinner Coordination
- Office Equipment Preparation: Check and prepare office equipment for use.
- General Meeting Scheduling: Schedule meetings and prepare agendas using Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Calendly.
- Executive Meeting Preparation: Research attendees, brief executives, and prepare for meetings using Google Calendar, Google Docs, and LinkedIn.
- Operations Management and Event Scheduling: Plan and coordinate various tasks and events.
- Availability: Able to work US hours and attend meetings.
- Language: Native English speaker.
- Skills: Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
- Education: College degree.
- Tools Proficiency: GSuite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets), Slack, Airtable.
- Secondary Skills: Basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Slide Deck Design: Create templates and drafts for sales, success, implementation, and internal meetings using Google Slides.
- Document Parsing and Migration: Configure and migrate documents using Airparser, Docparser, and Airtable.
- Customer Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage AR using QuickBooks.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 20% of the time with the founder.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with chatGPT, SQL, and Python.
