Position Overview:

We're looking for a Customer Success Lead to join our team. You'll give our VIP and B2B customers top-notch service in this job. You'll solve customer problems, help the business development team send out samples, and handle the details of big orders. Your work will help create strong bonds with essential customers and keep things running.

Responsibilities:

Account Management (50%) Build and maintain strong ties with clients while acting as the main point of contact for account oversight. Ensure orders reach clients on time and deal with any issues that arise. Spot new opportunities for business and work with in-house teams to boost customer satisfaction. Get new clients up to speed, prepare samples, keep the client list current, and use CRM tools for sales tasks.

Customer Service (25%) Talk to customers by phone, email, chat, and mail. Answer questions about orders, update account details, process orders, and suggest extra products to help customers and the company.

Logistics Support (15%) Set up and plan shipments for VIP and B2B clients. Make and update shipping papers, use systems to manage transit, and team up with shipping companies to ensure smooth pickup and delivery. Check that purchase orders and shipping documents are correct.

Housekeeping and Ongoing Enhancement (10%) Keep workflows and records up to date in company systems. Create and enhance guidelines and methods to standardize and boost productivity. Look for ways to make processes better and automate when possible.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus)
  • Proven work experience in account management or a related role
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Photography experience/knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-oriented attitude
