Why Your Role Matters:

Wunderkind is in search of a proactive and energetic Strategic Customer Success Lead to assist senior executives at some of the most renowned brands globally in addressing their critical digital challenges through our innovative software platform. The Strategic Customer Success Lead position requires a consultative and comprehensive approach to both digital marketing and client relations, managing the customer journey from strategy formulation to renewal.

A Typical Day Includes:
  • Taking ownership and/or collaborating with a senior colleague to manage the relationship and overall success of a key segment of Wunderkind's clientele ($300k ARR+), which encompasses strategy formulation, renewal, and upselling opportunities.
  • Establishing a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to thoroughly comprehend their business strategies and success metrics.
  • Effectively communicating and continuously emphasizing how Wunderkind enhances revenue, our competitive edge, and the value of investing in WKND.
  • Acting as the customer advocate internally while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, engineering, and design.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • A proven history of working in a demanding, results-oriented role that has directly contributed to business growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence; you thrive on building relationships, navigating challenges, and engaging in high-touch client interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing and staying organized while managing multiple client relationships.
  • In addition to strong storytelling and strategic problem-solving abilities, you are adept at executing technical projects with both internal and external stakeholders. You also possess the capability to quickly learn the WKND product and/or continually enhance your existing product knowledge.
