Responsibilities Include:
  • Monitor and manage the overall health of the Amazon account.
  • Handle claims, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings and increase sales.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with customer service to address and resolve customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay updated on Amazon's policies, best practices, and market trends.
  • Provide regular reports on account health and performance to senior management.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing Amazon accounts, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Sharp, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and other relevant tools.
