A day in the life:

This is a temporary hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CVRx. The TA Specialist will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, administrative support to the HR team, as well as various other hiring activities assigned as needed, while maintaining our employer brand.

These duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and attract top talent in the medical device industry. Assist in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Scheduling & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Job Posting & Advertising: Create and post job descriptions to relevant job boards and company websites using templates and tools provided while also monitoring their effectiveness to maximize visibility.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively and interdepartmentally.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS system (Workable).
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the HR team and senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.

What we expect from you:

  • 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within the medical device sector.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit top talent using various methods and tools.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations and how they differ by state.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What we would like to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Previous experience working in medical device sales.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

  • This position will require interfacing with multiple internal departments.
