Position Overview:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle for both individual assignments and larger recruitment initiatives. Your leadership will be essential in driving quality outcomes by collaborating closely with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and HR Business Partners to guarantee the efficient and effective execution of hiring projects. Candidates should possess significant experience in recruiting for research and development roles.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring processes, resources, priorities, and stakeholders at various stages of the recruitment lifecycle while maintaining high standards of quality and timelines.
  • Experience in facilitating behavioral-based interviews and providing insightful recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in business collaboration within an internal environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
  • Accountable for effectively utilizing recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage with both internal and external talent.
  • Proactively deliver meaningful market intelligence and recruiting insights to hiring managers and HR.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Identify and escalate any potential risk or compliance issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your business acumen to lead strategic, critical, and complex hiring projects, ensuring quality outcomes, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
  • Continuously enhance your understanding of external trends in talent acquisition to drive excellence and contribute to the innovation and improvement of the global function.
  • Fully integrate within the functions and locations you support to gain a deep understanding of strategic goals and business priorities.
  • Consult and provide input into the talent strategy and market conditions to support the achievement of organizational and functional strategic goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Regional TA Strategy and Operations Lead to identify employer branding opportunities and lead their activation within your business area(s).
  • Drive optimization of tools and technology in partnership with the Regional TA Strategy and Operations Lead.
  • Demonstrate innovation through the use of analytics for predictive hiring, identifying opportunities to automate selection processes, and leveraging AI to enhance speed and efficiency.
  • Utilize Workday to report and analyze your performance and that of your immediate colleagues to identify challenges and blockers to success, using data to enhance talent acquisition outcomes.
