Position Overview:

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring projects, resources, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality delivery and timelines.
  • Experience in conducting behavioral-based interviews and providing insightful recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in business collaboration within an in-house recruitment environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
  • Accountable for the effective use of recruitment marketing and branding strategies to engage with both internal and external talent.
  • Proactively deliver valuable market intelligence and recruitment insights to hiring managers and HR.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Identify and escalate any risk or compliance issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your business acumen to lead strategic and complex hiring projects, ensuring quality outcomes, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of external talent acquisition trends to drive excellence and contribute to the innovation and improvement of the global recruitment function.
  • Fully integrate within the functions and locations you support to gain a deep understanding of strategic goals and business priorities.
  • Consult on talent strategy and market conditions to support the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Regional TA Strategy and Operations Lead to identify employer branding opportunities and implement strategies within your business area.
  • Drive optimization of tools and technologies in partnership with the Regional TA Strategy and Operations Lead.
  • Demonstrate innovation through analytics for predictive hiring and identifying opportunities to automate selection processes, leveraging AI for efficiency.
  • Utilize Workday to analyze personal and team performance, identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement in Talent Acquisition outcomes.
