Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (R&D)

Location: Hybrid

Contract Duration: 6 months

Overview:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle for R&D roles. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with hiring managers, fellow Talent Acquisition professionals, and HR Business Partners to facilitate efficient and effective hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your industry knowledge to lead strategic and complex hiring initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Stay informed about external trends in talent acquisition to enhance your recruitment strategies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the global function.
  • Integrate deeply within the supported functions and locations to gain a comprehensive understanding of strategic objectives and business priorities.
  • Consult on talent strategies and market conditions to align with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the Regional TA Strategy and Operations Lead to identify and activate employer branding opportunities within your business area.
  • Enhance tool and technology utilization in partnership with the Regional TA Strategy and Operations Lead.
  • Leverage analytics for predictive hiring and identify opportunities to automate selection processes, utilizing AI to enhance efficiency.
  • Employ Workday to analyze personal and team performance, identifying challenges and using data to improve Talent Acquisition outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring processes, resources, and stakeholders effectively without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Experience in conducting behavioral-based interviews and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in business partnership within an in-house recruitment environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
  • Accountable for the effective use of recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage with both internal and external talent.
  • Proactively deliver valuable market intelligence and recruiting insights to hiring managers and HR.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Identify and escalate any potential risk or compliance issues.
