Your leadership will be crucial in driving quality outcomes by closely collaborating with hiring managers, fellow Talent Acquisition team members, and HR Business Partners to guarantee efficient and effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your business insight to spearhead strategic and complex hiring projects, ensuring quality results, timely execution, and budget adherence.
- Continuously enhance your understanding of external trends in talent acquisition to foster excellence in your methods and contribute to the innovation and improvement of the global function.
- Deeply embed yourself within the functions and locations you support to gain a comprehensive understanding of strategic objectives and business priorities.
- Consult effectively on talent strategy and market conditions to support the achievement of organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Regional TA Strategy and Operations Lead to identify and activate employer branding opportunities within your business area.
- Drive optimization of tools and technologies in partnership with the Regional TA Strategy and Operations Lead.
- Innovate through analytics for predictive hiring, identifying opportunities to automate selection processes, and leveraging AI to enhance speed and efficiency.
- Utilize Workday to report and analyze your performance and that of your colleagues, identifying challenges and using data to enhance TA outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes, resources, priorities, and stakeholders at various stages of the recruitment lifecycle while maintaining high-quality delivery.
- Experience in facilitating behavioral-based interviews.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong background in business partnering within an in-house setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience with Workday is advantageous.
- Accountable for effective utilization of recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage with both internal and external talent.
- Proactively provide valuable market intelligence and recruiting insights to hiring managers and HR.
- Deliver an engaging candidate experience.
- Identify and escalate any risk or compliance issues.
