Role Summary:As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence throughout the Talent Acquisition process. You will lead both individual assignments and larger recruitment initiatives, collaborating closely with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and HR Business Partners to guarantee efficient and effective hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize your business insight to spearhead strategic and complex hiring projects, ensuring quality results, timely execution, and budget adherence.
- Stay updated on external talent acquisition trends to enhance your approach and contribute to continuous improvement within the global function.
- Integrate deeply within the functions and locations you support to fully understand strategic objectives and business priorities.
- Consult effectively on talent strategies and market conditions to align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the Regional TA Strategy and Operations Lead to identify and activate employer branding opportunities.
- Enhance tool and technology utilization in partnership with the Regional TA Strategy and Operations Lead.
- Innovate through analytics for predictive hiring and explore opportunities to automate selection processes, leveraging AI for improved efficiency.
Utilize Workday to analyze your performance and that of your colleagues, identifying challenges and using data to enhance Talent Acquisition outcomes. Candidates should have experience in recruiting for R&D roles.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects, resources, and stakeholders effectively throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience in facilitating behavioral-based interviews.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong background in business partnering within an in-house setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
- Accountable for utilizing recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage with both internal and external talent.
- Provide valuable market intelligence and recruiting insights to Hiring Managers and HR.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Identify and escalate any risk or compliance issues.
