SUMMARY OF DUTIES Performs staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer HR Operations policies and programs in the areas of Benefits, Payroll and Special Projects. Provides insights to improve effectiveness and efficiency of HR Team. Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws. Ensures that project/department milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved budgets and deadlines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED 1. Supports employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, compensation actions, relocation, position management, offboarding. 2. Provides guidance to employees, HR team members, and business managers on a wide variety of HR processes, programs, policies, and tools. 3. Shares feedback and insights regarding recurring challenges and identifies opportunities to continuously improve processes and service levels; shares those ideas with the HR Operations team and leadership. 4. Participates on project teams to develop solutions and improve effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes, policies, and programs. 5. Gathers and analyzes essential data and transforms analysis into actionable strategies that help the HR team function in an optimal way. 6. Weeds out any inefficient practices and strategically phases them out. 7. Provides advanced support for producing quality, high level reporting based on the business needs. 8. Collaborates across departments and within the HR Team as well as with a broad array of external contacts such as government agencies, former employees, vendors, and auditors. 9. Creates, maintains, and schedules Workday reports. 10. Gathers information and responds to unemployment claims. 11. Submits data/reports to various government agencies and internal/external audit teams. 12. Performs a variety of other tasks and related work, as required. ESSENTIAL

DEMANDS • Lifting -- Not to exceed 50 lbs. -- local practice may apply. • Writing • Sitting • Standing • Bending • Visual acuity • Color perception • Depth perception • Reading • Field of vision/peripheral SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field • A minimum of two years of relevant HR experience. • Broad knowledge of Human Resources-related laws, regulations, and policy as well as experience with innovative human resources-related programs and initiatives. • Two years of Workday reporting module experience required. • Demonstrated computer skills, preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database, and other applicable software programs. • Experience interacting with and maintaining confidential information. COMPETENCIES • Strong interpersonal skills. • Strong customer focus and results orientation. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Skills in information routing, interpretation, and

implementation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision. • Good judgment with the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive, respectful team. • Willingness to freely share information, knowledge and provide support.
