Description

•Managing the onboarding process in a fast-paced environment providing effective communication and coordination with external candidates, internal employees, hiring managers and the Human Resources team.

•Administering the entire pre-employment onboarding process for multi-state locations within the St. Croix Hospice geography

•Responsible for proactive management and organization of all new hire drug screening, background investigation and finger printing processes for multiple states and locations

•Accountability to oversee timely completion of new employee onboarding paperwork and processes such as offer letters, and other necessary paperwork

•Consistently updating and managing candidate and employee reports and tracking

•Primary point of contact with candidate screening and pre-employment vendors

•Supporting newly hired employees with onboarding tasks and completion of pre-employment drug and background procedures

•Creating and maintaining candidate information with the applicant tracking system

•Closely monitoring and following up on candidate activities to ensure candidates are efficiently moving through the selection process

•Assisting the Talent Acquisition team by providing recruitment status updates to Hiring Managers regarding candidates and new hires

•Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all candidate and employee data

•Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree preferred

•One or more years of experience in HR or a fast paced environment

•Excellent accuracy

•Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required to multi-task with numerous stakeholders both internally and externally

•Work well under pressure and with short deadlines and a demanding workload

•Knowledge and experience with applicant tracking systems

•Computer proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel

•Exceptional customer service skills

•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with short lead time
