Implementation Support Specialist
The Implementation Support Specialist collaborates closely with the Implementation Team to facilitate seamless client onboarding. This role involves analyzing client data and printing requirements, configuring the Zelis system for optimal processing, and generating various payer communication documents. The specialist will work in partnership with internal teams to identify challenges and implement solutions while contributing to overall team efficiency and cost-reduction strategies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct client discussions to ascertain implementation requirements
- Leverage technical and product expertise to meet client needs
- Create communication materials and identification cards
- Execute accuracy assessments prior to delivering testing results
- Utilize project management tools for task oversight and progress tracking
- Ensure user security and perform annual security evaluations
- Collaborate on internal improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage priorities based on project timelines and financial objectives
Essential Qualifications:
- Must reside within a specified distance of designated locations
- High School diploma or equivalent educational background
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an office environment
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in the Healthcare sector
- Familiarity with healthcare claims communication and printing workflows
- Experience with online project management tools
