We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction administration and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative tasks associated with construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks associated with Construction Administration.

- Prepare and distribute project field reports

- Maintain construction schedules and ensure deadlines are met

- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project completion.

- Maintain relationships with Contractors and Owners Representatives.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Construction Management degree or related field

- 4+ years of experience in Construction Administration

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and building codes

- Willing to travel regionally
