A prestigious law firm in the DC area is seeking a legal recruiting coordinator for their recruiting team. This is a full-time, hybrid position, that would be responsible for tasks such as:
- Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant database
- Coordinating and administrating on-campus interview program and summer associate program planning
- Communicating with schools, students, candidates, and career service professionals
- Assisting with onboarding needs such as background checks and I-9 applications
Qualifications;
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- viDesktop skills are preferred
