    Job Description

  • Communicate and collaborate with senior recruiting leads among all practice areas regarding lateral needs
Correspond with candidates and search firms regarding recruitment candidates and review candidate materialsSchedule interviewsHelp to greet and/or exit lateral interview candidatesAssist with Summer Internship ProgramCollect and distribute interview feedback to senior recruiting leadAccurately track all candidatesUpdate website with open position informationSupport coordination of judicial clerk outreach and receptionsPrepare new-hire paperworkAssist with new-hire orientation and on boardingProvide reports and statistical data as needed

A Bachelor's degree, required2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a large law firm or other professional services environmentDemonstrated knowledge and expertise regarding lateral or non-lateral attorney recruitment activitiesStrong teamwork skillsStrong communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skillsMust have legal recruiting experienceStrong attention to detail, planning and organizational skillsSuperior verbal and written communication skillsAbility to design short-term and long-term goals, with clear criteria to measure success and return on investmentAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
