Location: Seattle, Washington, United States Join Valtas Group as our Managing Partner We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join us as Managing Partner at Valtas Group. As a growing consulting and executive search practice, we're looking for someone who can help us continue to expand and make an impact in the nonprofit sector. As the Managing Partner, you will be responsible for leading our strategic direction, building our reputation and competency in our operating markets, and ensuring high-quality consulting and executive search services are provided to our clients. With nearly 200 organizations supported through leadership transitions, we're looking for someone who can help us take Valtas to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Lead Strategic Planning and Vision: Develop a strategic plan for Valtas' growth and impact over the next three years, aligning with existing strategy when applicable. Grow Member Value: Execute our strategic plan while safeguarding and growing the interests of our owners. Grow Revenue: Serve as primary business development leader for Valtas. Oversee Consulting and Search Services: Work with the Consulting Practice Managers in identifying, screening, and engaging new consultants, and develop resources for consulting teams. Work with Search Practice Leader to grow the practice while ensuring consistency of the quality of service. Mentor partners and future leaders. Support Our Clients: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring quality control in all firm services. Qualifications: Entrepreneurial approach to building and growing our business. Connection and commitment to serving nonprofit and social sector clients. Blended experience working within the for-profit arena as well as in the nonprofit community as a consultant, staff executive leader, or board member. Ability to develop a client base from prospect identification to closed business in multiple markets and with a range of service offerings. Experience in business development, sales, and marketing functions within a growing organization. Financial literacy and the ability to effectively manage organizational growth and change.
