We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Operations Manager to join our Prime Video team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with world-renowned studios, overseeing global content publication, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Performance Management: Own partner performance metrics, holding partners accountable to Amazon delivery specifications and continually raising the bar on partner performance.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partner relationships with partner executive teams, consistently leaving a positive impact.
  • Product Development: Contribute to defining product value propositions, advantages, and limitations, and engage in product development with our product managers and engineering teams.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive operational efficiency by continually refining operational processes and influencing product/engineering teams to enable automation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Supply Chain Management, Operational Management, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Experience: 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Supply Chain Management, Operational Management, or Business Development with a large global organization.
  • Commercial Awareness: Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills.
  • Data Analysis: Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to stakeholders and executives.

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
