The HR Support Specialist will report to the Manager, People Operations. You will be based in Durham, North Carolina

  • Serve as Tier 2 support on the People Ops team by providing quality customer service in response to inquiries made via our issue tracking system (ServiceNow), e-mail, Slack, etc. from employees, managers, and HR business partners.
  • Administer day-to-day business process support.
  • Work efficiently to resolve and close cases accurately and timely to meet Service Level Agreements
  • Use procedures, policies, knowledge database and other reference materials to assist in answering inquiries.
  • Help maintain the integrity of our HR data through auditing and data correction.
  • Proactively seek and take initiative for process improvements and automation to assist in scaling the Global HR Operations team.
  • Support the new hire onboarding process to ensure critical tasks are completed by the new hires.
  • Creates knowledge base articles, job aids, and business process documentation.
  • Assist with training new Global People Ops employees.
  • Participate in system testing activities as needed.
  • Creates and maintains employee files and related records.
  • Support with EIB loads as needed.
  • Support HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years HR experience
  • You have experience with Workday
  • You have experience with ServiceNow
  • You have worked in an environment where you have engaged with all levels of employees
  • Collaborate with team members and management.
  • You have experience priortizing competing demands..
  • Approaches challenges with curiosity and offers new solutions and ideas.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
