Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Orientation:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees: prepare offer letters, conduct background checks, and manage necessary documentation.
  • Organize and lead new hire orientations to ensure seamless integration into the organization.

Attendance & Disciplinary Actions:

  • Oversee the attendance tracking system and ensure accurate monitoring of attendance records.

  • Assist with disciplinary procedures and serve as a witness during meetings.
  • Provide translation support to supervisors as required.

Receptionist Duties:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a friendly and professional front desk presence.
  • Manage general inquiries and oversee front desk operations.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department and support other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Prior experience in an HR or administrative capacity is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position.
  • Occasional overtime may be necessary during peak periods or special projects.
  • Diverse work environment, including office and production areas.
  • Regular interaction with employees and visitors.

Compensation Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
