Parking Management Company is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Parking Manager to join our team. If you are a customer service professional looking to advance your career and want to work for a well-established parking services company that values its employees, we encourage you to apply. A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills will fit well in our entrepreneurial environment.Commercial Parking Manager Duties:
- Schedule staff according to business forecasts, payroll budget guidelines, and productivity requirements.
- Oversee performance reviews, training, and development of all staff to achieve service quality standards.
- Manage all aspects of self-parking operations, including guest interaction and shift coverage.
- Maintain supplies and inventories on an as-needed basis or at a minimum monthly par.
- Motivate Attendant team members and establish a productive working environment at each location.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to those guests who require follow-up.
- Analyze reports and communicate information to staff and appropriate locations.
- Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner, taking appropriate action to resolve matters. Follow up to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with all client departments to ensure groups and special functions are handled smoothly.
- Coordinate training efforts and continually assess the progress of all staff in technical and service excellence skills.
- Correspond with clients in a consistent manner, reporting financial results and operational overview.
Requirements and Experience:
- Travel: 15-50% (to be determined)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong team-building skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate.
- Willingness to take responsibility and act independently when necessary.
- Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass PMC's background check.
- Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
