In the Fleet Compliance Coordinatorrole, you will work cross functionally with Carriers, Dispatchers, and Accounting to assure new and existing carriers are updated and meet company requirements and standards.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

** During training the new member will work M-F 8-4:30 for 30-60 days.**

Pay: $18 - $22/hr. Based on Experience

$200 - $500/month bonus potential

What will you be doing?

  • Respond to inbound calls from drivers seeking assistance with the onboarding process.
  • Initiate outbound calls to carriers to discuss and ensure compliance with carrier requirements.
  • Efficiently integrate carriers into our transportation management system in accordance with established procedures.
  • Validate insurance and safety requirements for existing carriers using DOT and FMCSA information.
  • Collaborate with both new and existing carriers to ensure their understanding and adherence to established requirements and expectations.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with carriers to enhance our active carrier network.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to address escalated carrier situations promptly.
  • Work closely with the claims and finance departments to proactively mitigate potential risks associated with carriers.
  • Address inbound calls from drivers experiencing EPOD-related issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Attach insurance, W9 and carrier agreements from faxbox to carrier accounts.
  • Communicate efficiently with carriers using various channels, including chat, phone, and emails.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in order entry or a similar administrative role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using order entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of transportation industry practices and regulations is advantageous.
