We are in search of a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage our data entry operations effectively.

Position Summary
The Fleet Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the database for tracking equipment and its utilization across various job sites. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-driven, and possess excellent communication and data entry capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily monitoring and documentation of trucks and equipment usage by job site, ensuring accurate and timely database updates.
  • Generate daily reports to confirm that all trucks and equipment are logged and charged appropriately.
  • Assist with the procurement and disposal processes for trucks and equipment.
  • Manage the inventory database by updating records for the addition and removal of trucks and equipment.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules, including preventive maintenance, while negotiating costs for necessary services.
  • Handle documentation related to title work and annual registration renewals.
  • Maintain data integrity within spreadsheets, collecting information from project managers, engineers, and field personnel.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets to track various data points.
  • Facilitate the transfer of trucks and equipment, ensuring the tracking database is updated accordingly.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience with fleet tracking and record-keeping systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of heavy civil equipment and fleet management maintenance.
  • Experience in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with Spectrum software.
