The ACBM is also responsible for improving in-store and online presence by leading brilliant execution across the extended team that includes Shopper Marketing, Category Insights, Retail Coverage, Customer Finance, Business Development, and Supply Chain. In addition to having responsibility for your own segment of the business, you will support the everyday operation (analysis, reporting, maintenance/setup) of one of the largest deodorant desks in the world. What You Will Need To Succeed: Undergraduate degree is required. 3+ years’ Associate Customer Business Manager or equivalent management experience required; Account Management/Customer management experience within CPG a must. Walmart or Mass channel experience is preferred. Trade Marketing, Internal Sales, Sales Strategy experience is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of omni-channel capabilities and eCommerce capabilities. Working knowledge of Nielsen, Customer POS Data, Internal volume/trade spend software, Numerator, Retail Link, and Luminate is

strongly

desired. Must be skilled in verbal and written communications. Must be able to effectively relate with multiple levels of management, both internally and externally. r Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
