DESCRIPTION
Fluidra is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA (by airport).
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Assist in the oversight and administration of various project-related tasks within the Spa department.
Provide infield service support in coordination with the quality team and sales associates to assist customers with problem resolution.
Manage New Product Development (NPD) projects to ensure timely completion.
Monitor project progress and coordinate activities to meet milestones.
Ensure customer deadlines and expectations are met through clear communication.
Assist with urgent product-related customer requests.
Align activities with Customer Service and Quality Assurance departments.
Monitor and manage product transitions, focusing on discontinuations and conversions.
Conduct product cost and margin analysis.
Perform SKU clean-ups and updates using Epicor software.
Oversee SKU consolidation to maintain an organized inventory system.
Input and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to eliminate delays in SKU creation and modification.
Other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE SEEK
3+ years of work experience in a related field.
Experience with product cost and margin analysis.
Excellent Project Coordination and time management skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Highly analytical and process oriented.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A plus:
Experience in Spa OEM and/or Spa Product Knowledge.
Experience with PVC/Injection Molding.
Familiarity with ERP system utilization.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED, with a combination of related work experience Or Bachelors Degree.
