Position Overview

CorDx is on the lookout for a Client Support Specialist to enhance our customer engagement team. The primary responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist will encompass addressing inquiries, assisting clients with troubleshooting, guiding product selection, and managing incoming customer requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client inquiries through the Customer Support Hotline
  • Maintaining a composed and professional attitude during all client interactions
  • Delivering exceptional service and assistance across various domains, including product and service information, order processing, resolving account inquiries, and troubleshooting issues
  • Documenting customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Qualifications:

  • Responsible for compiling and generating reports related to customer service

Preferred Background:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service environment
  • Experience in the medical, biochemical, or healthcare sectors is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are a plus.
