The Client Support Specialist's daily responsibilities will encompass addressing inquiries, assisting clients with troubleshooting, guiding customers in product selection, and managing incoming customer requests.


Client Support Specialist Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries through the Customer Support Hotline

Maintaining a composed and professional attitude during all customer interactions

Delivering exceptional service and assistance across various domains including product and service information, processing orders, resolving inquiries regarding customer accounts, orders, gathering details of complaints, and system troubleshooting

Documenting customer interactions, noting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Client Support Specialist Requirements:
A passion for assisting others

Effective communication abilities

Exhibiting respect, empathy, and support are essential for success

Availability for weekday scheduling

Fostering a positive image of the organization

Accountable for compiling and generating reports related to customer service

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

1+ years of experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service position

Experience in the medical (particularly IVD), biochemical, or healthcare sector is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is an advantage.
