  • Assist the Production Manager in technical preparations with artist representatives.
  • Guarantee the proper handling and care of all audio equipment, both in-house and rented.
  • Engage with visiting production teams to facilitate successful events.
  • Create or distribute audio plans as necessary.
  • Oversee audio systems throughout the venue to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate audio requirements for special events, ensuring they are met with professionalism.
  • Maintain relationships with local and national audio vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide assistance to the Stage Manager with event passes.
  • Support the lighting team with necessary equipment like stands and cables.
  • Contribute to the operations of special events as needed.
